Delete your M.E.C.H account

You can delete your account in the game, or by email if the game is no longer installed.

Delete in the game (fastest)

1. Open M.E.C.H and go to Settings.
2. Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and the game restarts as a new player.

Delete without the game

Email support@oakbitgames.com with the subject Delete my account and your player ID (shown in Settings, below DELETE ACCOUNT) or your pilot name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask a question to check that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• Your anonymous account and player ID
• Game progress, robots, parts, currencies and settings in the cloud
• Your pilot name, trophies and entries on all leaderboards
• Your crew membership (if you lead a crew, leadership passes to an officer) and your friend duel code
• Analytics data linked to your player ID

What is kept

• Purchase records (product, date, transaction ID) for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. They are no longer linked to a game account.
• Turf War and crew results already counted remain as totals, without your name.
• Data held by Google, Apple or [AD NETWORK] under their own policies; you can manage that in your Google or Apple account.

Purchases are not refunded when you delete your account. Deletion cannot be undone.
